Basically the tire consists of four essential parts, such as:
- Tread grooves or structures on the soles of the Crown Region Area. This section serves to drain water that is between the tire and the road surface and minimize the effect of heat increment of the tire on the crown area.
- Tyre cords (Carcass), is a layer of sheets of fabric-coated tires that Keret is the forming of the tire construction. Rubber tire fabric lining not only protects from external damage but also prevents damage caused by friction between the tire fabric. This section also serves as an external load-bearing, shock, impact and wind pressure from within.
- Inner Linnér or butyl rubber layer that coats the entire inside of the tubeless tire. This section serves as an inner tube, which withstand wind pressure on tubeless tires.
- Bead Wire or rings of high carbon wire, a rubber-coated and mounted on the circumference of the tire. This section ensures solid mounting of the tire to the rim.
