How does the process work?

You will first need to contact us by phone or email as well as supply us with any images you want to have retouched. Send your images by email, send a CD or the original to Before & After. A thorough description of the work to be performed is required.

You will receive a quote and must accept or reject before any work can begin.

Once the work is complete, you will receive a water-marked copy of your image via email to approve.

Once approved, we will send an invoice through PayPal requesting payment. PayPal is our choice for accepting payments and is extremely reliable and secure in processing online payments.

Once payment is secured, you will receive your digitally retouched image as a print, on a CD or as a downloadable electronic file. The finished image will be in a format determined during the order process. We will also return your original photo the way we received it.

The entire process, if done online could take up to one week. If done through regular mail, please allow two to three weeks. Rush jobs can be accommodated for an extra fee.
